Chat-Alot has run for a long time now and over the years we have seen many a online fight - We have found this only goes to make people want to leave - Remember not everyone comes online to fight and as such we would prefer to keep this a happy place.
Chat-Alot does not allow pornographic or offensive content in any way. Users are governed by the laws of their country and must not act in anyway which would be considered illegal.
Spam is Wrong
Do not 'spam' through any part of our site - its not big and its not clever and will only get you banned!

You are fully responsible and if need be, liable for your use of our site. That includes anything you say, write or upload.
Chat-Alot gives members the chance to create their own spaces (e.g. chat, blogs and gallery). Chat-Alot takes no responsibility for any content or otherwise, in these areas. All users are required to agree to conform with our terms and conditions before using our features.
User website links may contain content that offends - Chat-Alot takes no responsibility for these links.
Some content and links on Chat-Alot may contain adult content and may not be suitable for minors. We encourage parents to make sure they protect their children by monitoring all access.
All content that a user adds to their profile (including text, pictures, music or video) is considered to be part of the public domain and the Internet. It is not possible to control or monitor against the theft any element that goes to make up a users profile and as such users should be aware that any information or content posted is available to the public. Chat-Alot is not responsible for any theft or infringement resulting directly or indirectly from the use of its Services.

General Info
All Upgrade Subscription Services are non transferable and apply to 1 user only. This is the account from which the subscription was purchased. All Upgrade Subscription Services are non refundable once you have received and started using the service however you may cancel the service and obtain a full refund provided that you do so within 24 hours of payment and you have not already used our features.
Chat-Alot reserves the right to add, remove or change any feature or Service at any time without notice, explanation or liability without limitation. Chat-Alot reserves the right to increase or reduce the price of any Upgraded Subscription Service without prior notice, explanation or liability.
Right to Terminate
Chat-Alot reserves the right to immediately terminate or suspend any account if a user is found to be violating our policies.
Chat-alot also reserves our right to amend or change the Terms + Conditions at any time without notice. You agree to periodically review this document to ensure you are doing your part.
Privacy
We do not collect or distribute any information from our user on or to any third parties. Please view our full Privacy Statement for more detailed information on how Chat-Alot stores and uses your data in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
